A Lot's Happened Since My Last Post
A lot's happened in the past month. The sea change in the congress, the ISG, and here in good ole Louisiana Santa Blanco.
The change in congress somewhat surprized me because I thought the loss wouldn't be as big but the MSM pulled out all the stops and the Reps stumbled quite a bit. We will see if San Francisco Nancy can handle the pressure, so far she's stumbled but the MSM will be there with a net. They'll ignore or downplay any foibles and surely make anything she does seem heroic.
The ISG or Iraq Surrender Group issued it's report and it was as expected an outline to get out of Iraq. Hopefully the President will ignore it and push for victory not the ISG's recommended defeat.
Blanco and the Dems have discovered $2.6 billion that they hope to buy the next election with and so far the Republican's have blocked the big party. Hope they'll hold the line.
